I reserve the right to decline any orders without explanation.

Orders are DIGITAL. Nothing will be shipped to the client.

The client receives a transparent and full-resolution files upon completion.

Orders are for PERSONAL USE. I currently do not offer commercial services.

The artist retains all rights to the commissioned illusts, including using, displaying, timelapsing, and reposting. Additional charges apply if the client wishes for private orders.

Please do not use my work for AI-training/generation, NFTs, etc.

Accepted payment methods (invoices) are Stripe, Square, BuyMeACoffee, and Arty. The client may choose to order directly through VGen, Commissions.GG, DrawMarket, or Artistree.

I reserve the right to refund/cancel the commission for any reason.

Prices are in $USD.

The client agrees to not file chargebacks. If done, the artist is entitled to resell the illustration, and the client may be at risk of receiving public problematic feedback.

If the client chooses to cancel the order AFTER receiving WIPs, they will be refunded accordingly...

Refunds are not offered after finalisation. 100% is offered if I didn't begin the commission.

The artist does not offer rush fees.

The client is expected to have fully read these terms before ordering. The artist is not responsible for the client's misconception.

The client agress to remain respectful to the artist, as the artist intends to remain respectful to the client.

The client agrees to visibly credit the artist if used online.

The client understands that colour balancing/gradient maps/overlays will be used in their illusts that may look different compared to their palette.

The client agrees to either pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront.

^{✧ The client is entitled to TWO free adjustments during the sketch phase. Additional changes require an extra fee of $5. Lineart adjustments are +$10.}

The client receives a transparent, full-resolution, and watermarked low-resolution files upon completion.

If the order is a Skeb-Like, the client understands that they will not receive WIPs and will receive the file completed. They may not request adjustments outside of colour modifications.
